As a jet fighter pilot, everything passes by you at lightning speed. Are your eyes in top condition and nothing escapes you? Then take this eye test.

Standing right next to impressive fighter jets, touching them and maybe even crawling into the cockpit for a moment. During Jet Fighter Weeks/Jets Weeks, the Netherlands' most extraordinary jet fighters get up close and personal. Discover all about fighter jets at theBlasting exhibition.

Jet fighter pilots obviously need to be very fit, because piloting a jet fighter is top sport. How fit are you? Fly as fast as you can over the jet fighter storm track and measure your speed against that of a real jet fighter.

Are you good at making noise? So are jet fighters! Up to 150db. Do you roar louder than a jet fighter? Take the test!

As a pilot, you need to be able to react quickly. How good is your responsiveness? Test it at the game Flist Flight and hit the big button at exactly the right moment.

And then... last but not least...

Flying in a fighter jet!

If you have it in you to be a jet fighter pilot, then it's time for the true test flying in a jet fighter. At Aviodrome you will find - in addition to two "regular" simulators - two jet fighter simulators. Crawl into the digital cockpit of an F-16 or Starfighter and fly right past your house.

The simulators are maintained and the flights supervised by volunteers. Unfortunately, there may be times when there are few skilled volunteers to keep the simulator functioning properly. As a result, the simulator may be closed unexpectedly. Of course, we make every effort to offer as many visitors as possible a flight in the "Dry Sea."

Will we see you at Aviodrome this summer?
