Jet Fighter exhibition

Exhibition "faster than the sound" is a new permanent exhibition about the development of the jet engine. Discover all about jet fighters and admire the most beautiful and extraordinary aircraft in the world.

Simulators

In the Jet Fighter Exhibit you will find two simulators. Did you know that one of these simulators has even been used to train real jet fighter pilots? Under the guidance of an experienced volunteer, you can take a flight yourself.

There may not be enough skilled volunteers to run the simulator properly. As a result, the simulator may be closed unexpectedly.

Racetrack

Are you faster than the sound? Measure your speed against the speed of a jet engine in our racetrack. Ready, set, GO!

Also fun to do

In the exhibit, you'll find a lot of other fun things to do and experience. For example, get an explanation of different jet engines. Take part in a quiz or check out the jump seats of two of our volunteers! Did you know that one of them even managed to get the highest parachute jump at the time with his jump from the plane?

Opening hours

The Jet Fighter exhibition is open every day from 10:00 a.m. until half an hour before Aviodrome closes.
