General terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions are applicable to all offers and agreements of Aviodrome Exploitatie B.V. regarding the (sale) of e-tickets for access to Aviodrome Exploitatie B.V. (hereinafter referred to as Aviodrome).

Aviodrome is located at Pelikaanweg 50 in Lelystad (8218 PG) and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 54845785.

Aviodrome reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. By placing an order through the webshop, you accept the offer of Aviodrome.

Establishment of the agreement

With the full and correct completion and completion of the booking procedure on the Aviodrome website, the agreement to purchase an e-ticket between you and Aviodrome comes into being. Once Aviodrome has received the total price due for the e-tickets you purchased, it will send you, at the email address you provide, confirmation of your order. Aviodrome uses the payment environment of Ingenico Financial Solutions SA-NV (hereinafter Ingenico) for sales and payment of its e-tickets in the webshop. At checkout you have the choice between VISA and Mastercard. Once your payment is verified, we are informed that the order has been paid. The purchase amount is immediately debited and charged.

Correct data

You are responsible for providing correct and complete information when ordering the e-ticket. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in your requested e-ticket not being sent. Aviodrome will not be liable to you for any compensation in such a situation.

E-Tickets

Your e-ticket comes with a unique barcode. This barcode is scanned at the entrance to Aviodrome. Each e-ticket can be used once. Each e-ticket has a validity period/date. Outside this period/date the e-ticket is not valid. When leaving Aviodrome, but in any case at closing time of Aviodrome on the day of visit, the validity of the e-ticket and of unused parts of any package expires. At the request of an Aviodrome employee, the e-ticket must be shown. Resale, use for commercial purposes and/or counterfeiting of e-tickets is not allowed.

Access with e-tickets

An e-ticket is only valid if it is printed in good quality on paper (color or black and white) or if the e-ticket is displayed on the screen of a cell phone or tablet and the barcode can be scanned. E-tickets of which the barcode cannot be scanned, for example because the paper on which the e-ticket is printed is damaged or folded or because the barcode is otherwise illegible or only partially visible, are not valid and do not entitle to entry to the park. Aviodrome shall not be liable to you for any compensation in such a situation.

Cancellation

The agreement to purchase an e-ticket cannot be dissolved by you. E-tickets will not be taken back by Aviodrome, will not be exchanged for cash and will not be replaced by another ticket. The validity period/date stated on the e-ticket will not be extended by Aviodrome.

Technical failure

Aviodrome shall not be liable for any damage you suffer in the event your order cannot be completed, processed and/or authorized correctly or timely due to a technical failure of any kind. Aviodrome shall not be liable to you for any compensation in such a situation.

Park regulations

On the e-ticket purchase contract, in addition to the General terms and conditions e-tickets, thepark regulations applicable. By entering Aviodrome you agree to these Park regulations. Aviodrome reserves the right to change the Park regulations.

Processing personal data

Aviodrome processes your personal data with care and complies with the laws and regulations for the protection of personal data. The information provided by you during the e-ticket ordering process will be used to fulfill the agreement between you and Aviodrome and to comply with our legal obligations. The data you provide will be kept as long as is necessary for the purpose described above. The processing of personal data is subject to thePrivacy statement of Aviodrome is applicable. For the payment of your e-tickets Aviodrome uses the services of Ingenico, Ingenico is the data controller in this respect. The processing of personal data by Ingenico is subject to the privacy statement of Ingenico.Ingenico applicable.
