Behind the doors of the T2 Hangar, aircraft are made ready to fly again. For you as a visitor, nothing remains a secret at Aviodrome, so you may also enter this hangar and watch what goes on in this storage and workshop. A special feature is that you can look down on the planes from a walkway, while restorers do their best to give defective or obsolete aircraft 'wings' again. Furthermore, in the Hangar you will find a collection that regularly takes to the skies.
T2 Hangar: Reconstruction of 1940 British Hangar
The T2 Hangar at Aviodrome is recreated in the shape and atmosphere of a 1940s British Air Force hangar. So while in this hangar you watch restoration work on aircraft, in this building you simultaneously take steps into history. This hangar is also widely used by Aviodrome to store aircraft, so feast your eyes!
