4D Movie Theater

Seeing and hearing, but above all feeling and smelling. The 4D movie theater really puts all your senses on edge. Watching airplane movies here really means experiencing an exciting flight.

Extra dimension

Just put on those 3D glasses. That already gives watching the adventurous airplane movies an extra dimension. But in the Aviodrome movie theater, it is as if you are actually flying through the clouds. Sometimes you feel raindrops, then fog and cold wave currents. And occasionally you experience smoke. That makes watching the historical and adventure films extra exciting!

4D film 'Skymania'

In the 4D film, you will go on an adventure with Thomas and Elsa. The film takes you back in time to the pioneering years of Dutch aviation. Most of the planes that pass by in Skymania are also part of our collection. These include Anthony Fokker's 'The Spider' and Frits Koolhoven's 'The Head Bird'. The red Fokker DR.I triplane (known as the aircraft hero 'The Red Baron') will also pass by, as will the Boeing 747 and many other special aircraft. Immerse yourself in the spectacular 4D world of Thomas and Elsa and their exciting adventures in their battle for the best airplane!

The experiential 4D films at Aviodrome are free to enter, last about half an hour and are shown several times a day. The takeoff will also be announced. So: fasten your seatbelt...ready for take-off!
