Going to Aviodrome without children?

Enthusiastic children watching in awe at our flying legends is what we love to see,but Aviodrome Aviation Museum is also fun and educational for adults. Would you like to experience the history of aviation in peace with your partner, friends and/or girlfriends? Then drop by outside the school vacations.

In the exhibition 100 years of aviation in the Netherlands, you will meet many flying legends. You will find the Wright brothers' first motorized aircraft, meet Anthony Fokker and Albert Plesman (the first director of KLM) and many others. In a journey through time, in which many aircraft pass by, you will discover the stories and special collection pieces from the history of aviation.

Collection of more than 100 aircraft and helicopters

Aviodrome houses more than 100 airplanes and helicopters. One more special than the other. For example, how about an original Fokker Spin from 1912 or the world-famous Uiver (Douglas DC-2) that won the Melbourne race in 1934. You will also meet Connie (The Lockheed Constellation) in person and you can also dive behind the controls yourself in our simulator.

Out and about with an inspired guide

Each plane has a special story that we are happy to tell you, supported by images, texts and objects. You can also enlist the help of one of our inspired guides. They know all the ins and outs of each aircraft and are full of anecdotes and/or personal stories.
