Aviodrome most kid-friendly museum 2013 province of Flevoland

Aviodrome Lelystad Airport has been voted kid-friendly museum 2013 by the province of Flevoland. Museum inspectors, children up to age 12 from all over the country, judged various Dutch museums based on questions in the areas of education, experience and service. The award ceremony took place yesterday afternoon at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam.

From June 1, 2012 to May 6, 2013, a total of 1535 Museum Inspectors filled out 3384 inspection reports on museuminspecteurs.nl of 396 different Dutch museums. Aviodrome Lelystad Airport elected most kid-friendly museum of Flevoland province.

Family outing for the whole family
The museum inspectors rated Aviodrome with an 8.2. "This again confirms that we are a family outing for the whole family," says Park Manager Albert Kraai. "An award to be proud of."
